PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING 

Due to COVID-19 lockdowns throughout New Zealand & International, May cause major disruptions/ delays to freight delivery times. Please refer to your tracking number for updates & contact Courier Post for any updates with your order if delayed.

Standard delivery is 5-10 working days and for rural deliveries add an extra 2-3 days.

Prices shown are in NZD and DO NOT reflect International / Local currency conversions.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES 

Additional charges may occur for Customs duty or Taxes in which customers will need to pay for any Local / International customs duty or taxes on delivery. For more information please your local customs office. as TRPLE5NINE BARBELL is NOT responsible for these charges as they are determined Local / International customs.

 

RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we do not offer Refunds or Returns on International orders PLEASE insure your select correct size / product type BEFORE purchasing. For more information on products, etc or if your are not satisfied with your purchase.

we are ONLY accepting Returns on products for our NEW ZEALAND Local customers.

All Returns/Claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date

Accepting Returns- On incorrect items supplied, faulty items or if you are not satisfied with the product.
